This is a subtitle for your new post

If you need thermal labels and pack fresh or frozen products we have a few tips .

Ask for or select top coated thermal to resist the damp conditions , this coating will be added by the material suppliers rather than the printers , over varnish is   not normally required with top coated and can sometimes cause other problems with your printheads.

Make sure you select freezer grade adhesive able to stick at -10 or -20 and  will stay in position to -40 during service.

If you are using dip tanks , rubber based adhesive may work better , inform your supplier.

Ink should be formulated specifically for the conditions and resist damp , the ink should not contaminate the print head although some residue may need   cleaning occasionally .

Inside diameter of the roll core is important and your print model handbook will specify the best size , also the max outside diameter of rolls .

All materials need to conform to GB and often EU regulations , includes face paper and adhesives.

Labels can be stored for long periods , storage conditions should be displayed on box , they will have a shelf life .
